Our Median House Prices are also published quarterly and detail the median house price for suburbs and regional towns with more than 10 sales in the past quarter. It also analyses local government areas, if you're looking for some broader data. This is one of the most downloaded pages from the REISA website.

Around 5% of properties are sold by auction and REISA collects weekly auction data from our members, in partnership with RP Data. This auction data is often used as a barometer of the market. Included in our auction results is the number of properties which went under the hammer, the clearance rates and the top sales for the week.
